Our Process

1. Project Kickoff

The project starts with a full team meeting, during which we take notes about the information we'll need to cover in the video. We'll also collect marketing assets, research papers, and branding materials relevant to the project.

2. Script Phase

If your video has a voice-over, our team carefully reviews all the notes and other information to create a script that speaks directly to your ideal customer. We'll then send the script to you for fine-tuning and approval.

3. Storyboard Phase

We start with a rough storyboard to come up with the visuals. Once approved, our team crafts the final designs for each scene. We use your branding materials as a guide. All the frames are assembled into a final storyboard for you to review.

4. Animation Phase

It's time for the magic! We bring the storyboard to life. We also handle the narration and sound design. After the video is approved, we'll send you a link to download the final files.

Do you come up with the idea and script?

Most of the time, yes, getting everything approved by you each step of the way. However, we encourage involvement from our clients. The movie industry is collaborative, and all ideas have the potential to be great!
Do I have to be in the video?

Unlike a traditional video company, you do not NEED to be in our videos. If you choose to be, lucky we have the cinematic equipment needed for total production.
What do I do with the video?

Apply our videos to all aspects of marketing: email campaigns, websites, and social media. Our promo videos do great on a website’s front page or as a social media advertisement.
Do you also film and edit videos?

Yes! We are fully equipped and capable of pulling off any video production, from a cooking video to a multi-camera live webinar. Keep in mind, if we can tell the story using motion design, we will!
Do you make Whiteboard videos?

Whiteboard videos primarily use icons and very basic animation. We can create videos of a similar style, and they are great if you are new to video marketing.
